Pink and Copper: Glitter Gradient

Good evening lovelies

This week has been all about gel nails for my lovely clients. Tonight is no exception, however the client just so happens to be my little sis :-). We are going to do Laura's nails and then cook ourselves something lovely for tea and chill out with our four doggies and a glass of wine.

Here are my nails of the day... Super simple...

I started with two easy coats of Shiny Penny by Sally Hansen. It is just the perfect copper metallic finish polish and I have reached for it on several occasions recently. It is too thin to use for stamping but I am now on the hunt for the perfect stamping version of this colour.

On my middle finger and ring finger I used two coats of Loella by Illamasqua. I have had this polish in my collection for more than a year and never used it but I am so pleased with the formula and colour of this that I will reach for it again and again.

Using copper coloured loose glitters I then placed them to achieve a gradient style effect. Seche Vite finished each nail off perfectly.

I am so pleased with this colour combo and mani style - how do you like it?

  2. This is gorgeous, I have to admit I have only one real copper polish and I've never known what to pair it with; the pink and copper combo looks beautiful and I love the glitter! xx

    1. Thanks Ithi. I don't have many polishes like this but I would love a copper that could be used for stamping xx
