I promised you (a very long time ago!) a quick swatch post of this gorgeous neutral matte polish so that is exactly what I am going to do :-). Observe the prettiness that is... Vanilla.
Vanilla has been in my stash for a while now as it was released as part of a 5 piece coffee inspired collection in September 2013. I am ashamed to say I am yet to use at least 3 of the other polishes in this collection, not because I dont like them but just because I havent got to them yet!
I think Vanilla is a fantastic addition to my collection and I love how it looks with no nail art over the top (however I also know this makes the perfect base for all sorts of pretty art!).
Vanilla has a fantastic formula, highly pigmented and quick to dry. Dries to a very soft sheen but mostly matte finish. If you added top coat I am pretty sure this would look very similar to Almond from the latest Barry M Gelly Hi-shine collection.
A great neutral: slightly grey, slightly lavender depending on the light and a must for your collection :-)
