More Magnetic Nails

Good evening loves

Where did the weekend go? Mine went past in a blur of catching up with friends, eating great food and of coursing drink great wine :). On Friday night our old boos Paul came to visit us so we went for a lovely meal at a wine bar and then out into the city for drinks with colleagues. It was a great night and we danced until the lights came up at 2am!

You may remember recently that I used magnetic polish for the first time in over a year, well I had such a great experience with them that I couldnt resist breaking out another two...

On Friday night I went to a Halloween party and decided to really get into the fancy dress spirit by going all out as a Mexican Candy Skull. As a rare treat (or maybe shock) I have included pics of me below so you can see my final make up and outfit as well as these adorable little nails.

I hope you all had wonderful weekends? I had one busy day and one lazy day so the perfect combination for me :). On Saturday I spent the day in London with my mum and sister. We visited the Tower of London to see the ceramic poppies being planted in honour of the fallen British soldiers during the First World War. We then travelled across the Thames in the cable cars, walked around Covent Garden and then finally stopped for food and people watching before we got the train back home. Fantastic day!

Time for funtime Friday nail art! This idea has been going round and round in my head for a while, I just love turquoise and pink as a colour combo but with the addition of the dark silver glitter I was over the moon with how these turned out.

Splatter nails have been on my to-do list for as long as I can remember. I absolutely love how they look and really admire other nail bloggers gorgeous pictures and colour choices. I just cant face the clean up that would be needed after blowing nail polish through a straw in the hope that some of it lands on your nail. Time to cheat and break out the stamping plates...

Its the weekend... Also I hate to rub it in but I have Monday and Tuesday off work and I cannot wait. A long weekend to enjoy celebrating my sisters birthday, dog walking and nail painting! Perfection. I am totally in love with these nails! For those of you who dont know I am a pink fiend! My absence can be explained quite simply and you nail lovelies will no doubt sympathise... bad breakage (real bad), nasty cut right across my cuticles (stupid kitchen door handle) and life (bad then good then busy!).
