Neutral and Neon: Animal

Happy Monday

Did you all have lovely weekends? As mentioned in my previous post it was my hubby's birthday over the weekend so we celebrated in style and enjoyed lots of time with friends and loved ones. We cooked Japanese food on Saturday night which was good fun and ate lots of naughty (but nice) birthday cake.

Back to work today... here are my neutral but with a twist nails...

I started with two super easy coats of Monogamous from Illamasqua. I got this polish during an extremely good online sale for the bargain price of £4.50 (they retail at £14.50).

Monogamous is the perfect creamy flesh toned pink which dries to the famous Illamasqua rubberised finish.

Using Warhol by Color Club I then stamped neon pink zebra stripes onto all my nails. I absolutely love this neon pink and I am so glad it stamps so well.

I love how the pink pops against the neutral base. Not that I worry about things such as office appropriate nails but if I did then you could certainly get away with these!

Enjoy your Monday evening

  1. Daaaamn, Japanese food?! Why wasn't I invited? :D I'm so glad you and MR LIPP had a fantastic time surrounded by family, that's what these times are about! Now the nails! They look perfect as always, your stamping is SO neat and tidy, the colours go together amazingly. Your friends must be lining up to have their nails done! xx
