Clothes Show Nails: Inspired by my dress

Good evening lovelies

A little break from Christmas nails... tonight I will show you the nails I wore at the Clothes Show a few weekends ago and also a picture of all the lovely goodies I treated myself too :-)

I started with a polish from Barry M that I believe is called Burgundy. Unfortunately this particular bottle has no label on the bottom so I hope I have got my online research correct :-)

On my ring finger I used two coats of Orly Masked Ceremony. This polish is a dark charcoal base scattered with fuchsia and silver glitters. The fuchsia glitters are almost impossible to capture which is a shame as it looks really pretty in the bottle (picture a little further below).

On all nails I applied one quick coat of Northern Light Holo in Silver. I really must buy a new one of these as mine has gone very thick and you get 'too much' holo with each sweep of the brush for my liking.

In the picture below you can see a close up of the dress fabric that I designed my nails to match. Pretty spot on, in my opinion :-).

Finally using Sally Hansen Wet Cement I stamped these flowers from plate BM 224. Below is a pic of all the polishes I used.

A couple of quick snaps taken at the Clothes Show Birmingham, the suitcases you can see below were absolutely jam packed with goodies :-). I so glad we had the sense to take empty cases with us this year - it really saved my poor arms from carrying all those bags!

This pic was taken back at the hotel... as you can see the show was a success for me!

Tonight is our CDWM Christmas night out. We are going for a three course meal and will be swapping Secret Santa presents. I cant wait!
