Vintage Cream and Black Roses

Good evening lovelies

How was your first day of the working week? Have you got lots planned to keep you busy? Its a pretty quiet one for me however I do have a girls meal out on Friday to look forward to :-).

Tonight I am showing you how I wore Vintage Cream, the nude I showed you in last nights post

Stamping really is the god send that saves all average polishes from looking average and makes them into something special. This is no exception. Vintage Cream was a bad formula and a bland colour but look at it now...

With the use of Konad Black and one of my oldest stamping plates I created something eye catching and really quite classy looking. These beautiful black roses are exactly what this nude polish needed.

This rose design can be found on Konad plate M65. I have used this so many time but this colour combo is one of my absolute favourites.

I can totally forgive the need for 4 coats of Vintage Cream as a base coat to end up with a mani this striking! What do you think, do you like this finished look? Roses are just some of the best nail art :-)

  2. I love this hun :) I adore this butter milk beige/gold and I knew you had trouble with the texture but the end result with this stamping is absolutely flawless. It just looks silky smooth like silk fabric :) This is one of my favorites so far I think! Can you enlighten me a little? Do/Are boots going to start selling these as singles? I love the ones my bro in law bought me in the set but I also love all the shades you've shown so far :) xx

    1. Thanks Hun :). Now you say it yes it does look like fabric. I love that! I've seen nothing online to say these polishes will be released as singles. I bought last years set for a friend so I know they always come out around Xmas xx

  3. I'm always amazed by just how much a good stamp can turn around how we feel about a certain mani (I really shouldn't be though) lol :) I love the end result. Fabulous as always :)

    1. Thanks Ashlee! This really did turn into one of my favourite looks in a while. Not sure I will wear vintage cream again though due to the 4 cost minimum!! xx
