Swatch: All That Jazz: Kristinas Lipstick Is Our Obsession

Good evening

I am so pleased with this polish and how beautiful this looks that I am not even going to spend time on an intro that tells you a little bit about what I've been up to... Lets just get straight to the polish.

For this mani I started with the All That Jazz base coat called Base Line. I got this in a set with the nail colour and a moisturising bar which I am going to review for you over very soon.

Base Line is a reasonably thick base coat but I loved the formula, it really evened my nails out and created a great surface for nail application. Base Line is available to buy directly from the All That Jazz website for £11.99.

Now onto the colour... I picked Kristina's Lipstick Is Our Obsession. All the colours in this collection start with a girls name and there is even one for all us Louise's out there but I did not realise until after I had made my purchase (one for next time). Lipstick Is Our Obsession is a beautiful polish, it has a deep pink/red jelly base with red, pink and blue micro glitters scattered perfectly through.

I absolutely love this colour. It is the perfect mix of pink and red and for me this is the only way to wear red! I just love the colour of the micro glitters and how perfectly they pop under any light. The formula is good for a jelly base and these pictures show three thin coats.

I am really hoping to get my hands on more of these polishes. I got this one from the Clothes Show in December. I was lucky enough to meet the creators and talk to them about their plans for the future. I really hope they decide to exhibit again this year either at the Beauty Show in May or the Clothes Show in December.

Nail colours are £9.98 each and available online at www.allthatjazzuk.com

What do you think of this colour?

  1. What a perfect name for this polish, when I saw it I thought 'bedazzling!' and such a gorgeous glitter it is :) That's so exciting you got to meet the creators! xx
