Flower Power

I have to admit that I may have taken a little trip to TK Maxx for a nail polish haul this weekend. As a result I came home with another 14 polishes - all of which were absolutely essential additions to my collection.

I had read that Sally Hansen Insta-Dri polishes were great for stamping so imagine my pleasure when I found a gift set of three pretty colours for less than £5.

I purchased immediately and here are the results...

I started with a base of Quick Sand on each nail. I then stamped alternate fingers using Presto Pink and Brisk Blue. All three polishes were the perfect consistency for stamping and could easily be one coaters for most people. Quick Sand has a really pretty silver shimmer in certain lights but it was hard to capture on the nail.

I then added flower centres in the contrasting colour to complete this flower power manicure.

It has been a while since I used a nude colour as a base for my nail art and I have to say it made quite a refreshing change.

If I see anymore of these Insta-Dri polishes for sale I will certainly snap them up :-)
