Tonight I am finally showing you my tribal nails inspired by one of my favourite skirts. I wore these a few weekends ago for a big team night out with work and I was really pleased with how the colours and design complimented my outfit. As you can see from the pictures I used my skirt as the background :).

Total blog neglect has happened recently as I have had time off work and a change in routine has meant that I just not got around to painting my nails! I dont know where time goes! Its already 10pm and I am only just sitting down to edit pictures and write this blog post. Mind you, I have had a lovely evening. Tonight I had the girls round for tea. I cooked spaghetti bolognese and a mountain of garlic bread, Amanda bought us a chocolate and salted caramel tart with double cream and we talked the evening away.

I have a busy day today as I have my sisters two dogs over to play with my two dogs. It is very distracting having four beautiful dogs to run around and play outside with so my list of jobs to be done around the house will just have to wait!

New Release: Models Own: Polish For Tans

Good evening lovelies

I just love seeing the start of the summer polish collections being released. Models Own have started strong with these beautiful new neons... Polish For Tans.

Described by Models Own as the first ever collection to enhance and compliment a tan, these will be available from April 9th in Superdrug and April 16th in Boots.

I look forward to getting my hands on these as the swatches I've seen so far are beautiful :)

Happy Friday lovelies

I have been looking forward to tonight all week :-). Its sister sleep over time! I am off to my sisters after work for a home cooked Beef Bourguignon (with extra red wine) and a whole night of DVD boxsets and chocolate :-). On Saturday morning we will make the most of this fantastic spring weather and go for a nice dog walk and then a spot of lunch in a local village pub. Bliss!

Subtle Stamping: Peach and Gold

Happy Hump Day

I hope you are all having a good week so far? Tonight Mr LiPP is off to the cinema so I am looking forward to a pampering session. I have a fantastic bright cherry pink colour to put on my hair, a face mask from Turkish barbar to (hopefully) work wonders on my skin and a peppermint exfoliating scrub for my hands and feet. Now I just need someone to pour my wine and feed me grapes :-)

This colour is called Tropical Sun and is from the Summer Beetlejuice 2012 collection. This was in my box of goodies from Mr LiPP at Christmas so it has taken me a little while to get around to wearing it.

These beautiful nails are actually from a few weeks ago but they are too pretty for me to not squeeze them into my blog line up. I kept this look quite simple as I was wearing a very patterned dress and I have to admit they did end up complimenting my outfit very nicely :-)
